5 Cute Bed And Breakfasts In Waco
Waco has a darling shopping and dining scene these days, so it’s no surprise that there are some really cute bed and breakfasts in Waco, too! The most popular thing to do in Waco is go shopping at Magnolia Market, so I’m going to share a few really adorable spots to stay in Waco near the Silos.
(Psst: here are some really cool hotels near Magnolia Market!)
1. White Rock Creek Bed and Breakfast
This is what I think of when I think “typical bed and breakfast” and it’s cute! All 7 rooms have cozy décor, dim lamps, dust ruffles on the beds, yellows and creams and reds, and wooden accents. It’s quaint, cozy, and quiet. Think: porch swings, private porches, and French press coffee in the morning.
White Rock Creek Bed and Breakfast is just 2.5 miles from I35 (a short drive from Magnolia Market!), but since it’s located in a wooded area, it feels really secluded and quiet.
You get a full breakfast every morning when you wake up (a true “bed and breakfast” here in Waco, folks!) and you can even ask for it to be brought to your room. Bliss.

2. The Colcord House Bed and Breakfast
You have your pick of three different rooms at this adorable home built in 1924. Each has a charming ambiance, classic “bed and breakfast” style décor, and breakfast included in the price. There’s also a common space (living, dining, and porch) where you can mingle with other guests over a complimentary afternoon snack and soft drinks.

3. Hymn Singer House
Hymn Singer House is a quaint bed and breakfast in Waco that was built using reclaimed barn wood from a pre-existing barn on the property. It’s only one and a half miles from Magnolia Market, so you can easily get some shopping after you enjoy sleeping in and eating a lazy breakfast.
This is a tiny two-room bed and breakfast that has a ground floor rental and a loft rental available. Each room has an in-room continental breakfast included in the price, or you can opt for a gift card to World Cup Café for a more robust breakfast out at a restaurant. Mix it up if you're staying more than one night!

4. Magnolia House
While they’re more “Airbnb rentals” than Bed and Breakfast Inns in Waco, you can absolutely book an entire house decorated by Joanna Gaines! Right now there are two houses available:
Hillcrest Estate sleeps 12. It’s a historic home that has been renovated and meticulously decorated by Jo in that farmhouse chic style we all know and love. BOOK HERE
Hillcrest Cottage sleeps 2. It was the original carriage house for the Hillcrest Estate, so it has one bedroom, one bath, and it’s the perfect size for a couple!
No, breakfast isn’t included when you book these entire homes. But they’re both a short drive from downtown Waco and all of the best brunch spots in Waco.

5. Mohawk Valley Inn
This 200-year-old historic inn has four spacious rooms and bathrooms. Book one for you and your +1, or book the entire inn for a group!
Mohawk Valley Inn is located with Homestead Village, home to Homestead Craft Village, Homestead Café (one of the most fantastic restaurants in Waco), Brazos Valley Cheese, and a BBQ smokehouse. You can walk to all of these in about 8 minutes from the inn!
While breakfast isn’t served at the Mohawk Valley Inn, you can easily get some food at nearby Homestead Café, which opens for lunch at 11 am.
